NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Feast of the Senses is an intimate collaboration between Hotel Monteleone’s Criollo Restaurant and neighborhood atelier, Madame Aucoin Perfumes – the first female perfumer in New Orleans. This exclusive, multi-sensory dining experience combines the artistry of perfume with culinary excellence, taking guests on a journey through five carefully curated scents, each harmoniously matched with a corresponding course and bespoke cocktail pairings. Guests will have the opportunity to sample the featured perfumes as they enjoy the courses it inspired within the iconic French Quarter hotel. Â

Lemon Ginger Pavlova inspired by Venice Rococo by Arquiste Parfumeur
Cardamon Dusted Divers Scallop inspired by London Spice by Fragrance du Bois
Earl Grey Tea Smoked Duck Breast inspired by Montabaco Cuba by Ormonde Jayne
