The world-famous Carousel Bar has drawn patrons on a cocktail pilgrimage for more than 75 years. This January, the bar known for masterminding classic drinks such as the Vieux Carre, offers a dynamic menu of mocktails curated with premium ingredients and made to celebrate the spirit of New Orleans’ cocktail culture.
- Lyre’s Espresso No-Tini: A luxurious blend of Lyre’s Coffee Original, French Cold Brew, and Vanilla Extract, topped with cacao nibs for a rich, indulgent coffee experience.
- Lyre’s Old Fashioned: A sophisticated take on a classic, muddled with orange, Toschi cherry, chocolate bitters, and Lyre’s American Malt for a deep, aromatic twist.

Criollo is offering an intimate, Creole-inspired Valentine’s Day experience with a decadent dessert and wine pairing. This exclusive offering features three artfully crafted desserts: a Cocoa Noir Mousse Tartlet with Champagne Compressed Strawberries, a Chicory Infused Valrhona Chocolate Cheesecake with Burnt Berry Honey, and a Black Sesame Yuzu Tart with Sugared Lemon. Each dish is paired with a thoughtfully selected wine, showcasing the perfect harmony of flavors. Desserts are $15 each, with wine pairings available for an additional $10. Â

This Mardi Gras season, the iconic Criollo is transformed into a culinary celebration, inviting guests to savor the vibrant flavors and traditions of New Orleans. The festival menu blends classic Creole dishes with seasonal ingredients, featuring highlights such as Seafood Gumbo, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Chicken & Biscuit, and more. End the experience with a unique twist on traditional Mardi Gras desserts, including French Market Style Beignets with praline sauce and King Cake Ice Cream. Available daily for lunch.
