Getting married soon? A bridal show is a great way to find vendors and inspiration. If you've never been to a bridal show, here are four tips for getting the most from the experience.
1. Bring a buddy. Bridal shows are a great chance to bond with your maid of honor, your mom, your future mother-in-law or anyone else helping you with wedding planning. Invite a friend or two to walk around the show with you. They can also help you hold all the swag and information you collect.
2. Enhance efficiency. You're going to be asked for your email and/or mailing address a lot. Some brides like to print out their information on labels so they can quickly stick their information to a form instead of writing down their name every single time.
3. Stay organized. If you see a vendor you really like, make a note of it or take a picture of the vendor's name with your phone. You will receive a lot of information from vendors throughout the show, so this will help you remember the businesses that you loved and which ones you want to use for your wedding.
4. Enjoy the day. Bridal shows are supposed to be a way to make your wedding planning a little bit easier, so enjoy it. Take some time to browse each booth and feel free to ask the vendors any questions you might have about planning your big day.
