Hyatt Centric French Quarter Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Hyatt Centric French Quarter is teaming up with The Irish Cultural Network to host an Irish Ceili, or dance, on St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17, from 5-8 p.m. at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter hotel. The Ceili will kick off with a dance lesson from 5-6 p.m. taught by Shannon Kelly, Vice President of the Irish Cultural Network. The dance will commence from 6pm – 8pm. All levels of dancers are encouraged to participate in this family friendly event! Following the Ceili Dance will be an Irish Traditional Jam Session from 8-10 p.m., to keep the celebration going! 

In addition to the Irish Ceili, the Hyatt Centric French Quarter has a few other fun happenings to celebrate the holiday this year – see below!  

·        Enjoy The Forgotten Revelers, a traditional Irish trio that will play in the hotel lobby on Saturday, March 16, from 6-9 p.m. for the hotel’s music series Music at Homles 

·        Visit the hotel’s restaurant, Holmes, for a special Irish themed cocktail available all month long, in addition to a combination of Irish Stouts, Ciders and Whiskeys that will be available the week of March 17.
