NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Hyatt Regency New Orleans is hosting a tailgate party prior to the Sugar Bowl! This open to the public event runs on Jan. 1 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Elite Hall, located directly off Girod St. Football fans can enjoy game day fare and delicious libations crafted by Hyatt’s talented culinary team, all while watching all the action on two big screens and enjoying music from local New Orleans’ talent.
The menu will have a traditional tailgate theme and include pit-smoked BBQ, nachos, po-boys, wings, hot dogs and more. Our beverage offerings will include beer, wine and specialty cocktails featuring Cathead spirits, Still Austin whiskey, and Oxbow Rum. Whether you are coming to the Dome to cheer on the Huskies or the Longhorns, all are welcome to Hyatt Regency New Orleans to kick off their game day experience!
