Q: What sets you apart from your competition? A: Our thought process, rigorous project management, and strong client relationships probably set us apart more than anything else.
Q: What was your greatest challenge? A: Our subdivision in Old Algiers, Patterson Point, is a new neighborhood that features our houses at achievable prices. Keeping the quality high and costs manageable is an ongoing task, but worth it each time a new house goes up.
Q: What types of projects are the most fun? A: We’re doing a complete house renovation on Royal Street in the Marigny and have the opportunity to go full swing at our shop for the custom millworks and steel built-ins. Any project that involves custom fabrication is very enjoyable.
Q: What do you love about being a builder? A: I love being involved in an age-old profession that has common ground wherever you go in the world. So many people build things without even trying to be overtly innovative yet they are shaping the world. It’s a fascinating industry.
