What sets Livio Designs apart from other design firms?
We have our own direct accounts with manufacturers and distributors of materials like stone, flooring, tile, lighting, art, and interior and outdoor furniture. These direct relationships save our clients an enormous amount of money and time. Our Livio Outdoors division imports one-of-a-kind items from around the world to our outdoor showroom, giving us the ability to design seamless indoor-to-outdoor transitions. And we have our own in-house metal fabrication team. So if we can’t find it, we will build it.
Can you describe the scope of Livio’s design capabilities? Your specialties?
We specialize in project management, with 20 years of experience seeing problems before they happen, and have long-standing relationships with trusted tradesmen, builders, subcontractors, architects, and landscape architects that we can call into any project.
Do you have design inspirations? Or are you driven more by the customer’s wants?
We take design inspiration from many places, but at the end of the day, it’s about my client’s style, not mine. Our clients trust us because they know they are going to get a design that represents them.
Are there any recent projects you are especially proud of?
We have worked on some amazing renovations lately. It’s always incredible to watch a house transform completely and come to new life as walls come up and go down, with all the little special details we’ve been able to add.
What would you want any client coming to Livio Designs to know before walking through the door?
I want clients to know that no project is too big or too small. My team and I are always happy to help whether it’s a simple room refresh or a new construction project. Bringing us into a project as early as possible will not only save money, but could save you from making expensive time-consuming mistakes.
