NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Josephine Estelle’s wine dinner is back in partnership with NOLA’s own Disco Liquids. Co-founder DJ Piazza was named StarChefs’ Rising Star Sommelier (2022) before embarking on his own to start the natural wine pop-up. As a friend of Jaime Szczepanski (General Manager, Josephine Estelle), it was a natural fit for the duo to join forces, with an emphasis on singular, energetic Italian natural wines; Executive Chef Trey Williams helped select the bottles and created an extravagant five-course menu to showcase each one.
