NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Presented by Ochsner Baptist, the Women’s Leadership Summit is a one-day, in-person empowering experience for women of diverse backgrounds and experiences who are striving to grow personally and professionally while impacting the communities they serve. The day will be full of engaging, interactive breakout sessions and intimate fireside chats with local female trailblazers focusing on three areas— professional development, personal growth and community engagement.
The inspirational keynote luncheon speaker will be executive coach and author of You Got This, Lelia Gowland. Dynamic leaders such as Brandy Christian, Judge Dana M. Douglas, Beth Walker, Cara Lambright, Deanna Rodriguez, and many others will be featured speakers.
All sessions will be reflective of JLNO’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in New Orleans. The Junior League will also debut the high-level findings of the 100th Anniversary Junior League Report on the Status of Women in conjunction with the Newcomb Institute at Tulane University.
