Keep Calm and Marry On

As the coronavirus pandemic has impacted wedding plans all around the world, many have shared the sentiment, “Love is not canceled.” Couples have canceled their weddings and social distancing mandates changed wedding plans, logistics and other factors for those who decided to move forward with plans.

Social media and the internet have been bombarded with visions of Zoom receptions and wedding celebrations, images of small gatherings that stay within the 10-person event limit and those who have opted for even smaller options for their “I Dos.”

New Orleans Bride and Let Them Eat Cake want to highlight couples who’ve chosen not to cancel their weddings. We want to hear stories about the intimate ceremonies and celebrations, to offer inspiration, guidance and hope to other couple’s faced with the impending cancelations or logistical changes.
