The household of Mimi and John Bowen on Audubon Place was a happening scene on the evening of Nov. 15. The couple hosted the Historic Houses Society Annual Fall Evening Gala, featuring cocktails and dinner by Bacco’s, Ralph’s on the Park and Redfish Grill. Co-chairs were Cathy Posey and Catherine Freeman.
The stunning house was decorated in flowers, which were provided by Meade Wenzel.
The weather was gorgeous, though there was a slight chill in the air. Nevertheless , guests busied themselves with gourmet food, beverages and had a great time while raising money for the Herman-Grima and Gallier Historic Houses in the French Quarter.
