Founded in 1998, Keller Williams Realty New Orleans consistently ranks among the top real estate companies in Greater New Orleans. This year, the leadership team and agents of Keller Williams Realty New Orleans have prioritized three focus areas for the future: environmental stewardship, civic engagement, and harnessing technology.
An office renovation now underway will make Keller Williams’ space more functional, beautiful, and carbon neutral. When
Hurricane Ida left scores of debris in the streets and the city struggled with collection, agents joined together to clean up the Leonidas Corridor.
“New Orleans will always thrive because of the spirit of our people and our ability to come together,” says Jeffrey Doussan, Operating Principal.
The team’s civic engagement will support causes from early childhood education, bike safety, and tenant/landlord rights to beautification of the city. Agents globally contribute a portion of every transaction to support the company’s 501(c)(3), KW Cares, which supports agents and their families in times of need. Following Hurricane Ida, KW Cares invested $2.7 million in relief to New Orleans, which included cash grants, generators, roof tarping and more.
“In times of personal crisis, we have been able to provide relief for medical bills for agents, their spouses, or children who have fallen ill,” says Doussan.
While Keller Williams has long embraced innovative technologies, no local company can match Keller Williams International’s $1B+ investment in its platform that brings global resources to the city. Through this industry-first technology, 150+ New Orleans-based agents can synthesize data by neighborhood, market with a global reach, and give clients leverage when buying or selling in any market.
