NEW ORLEANS – Felipe’s Taqueria announced kids and Watermelon Day specials across the restaurant’s various locations.
The restaurant announced throughout the month of August, families with children under 12 purchasing at least one entree will also receive a free kid’s meal every Wednesday. The meal includes rice, bean and a protein plate or quesadilla.
Additionally, owners shared that their Watermelon Margaritas are still in season and on National Watermelon Day, Aug. 3, they will offer two for one watermelon margaritas from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. across all locations. The reminder came with a note that the summertime favorite is only available through Labor Day.
