King Brasserie hosts Easter Jazz Brunch March 31

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – King Brasserie and Bar hosts a holiday jazz brunch this Easter, Sunday, March 31, featuring live music and a special Easter brunch menu by Executive Chef Samuel Peery. Brunch takes place between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., with music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Also a great kick-off to Jazz Appreciation Month, the performances will include a talented musical trio featuring New Orleans jazz singer Audrey LeCrone with Victor Campbell on the piano and Ian Monroe on bass.

The event’s beautiful music will be accompanied by delicious flavors courtesy of Chef Peery, Pastry Chef Lanna Talley and the culinary team at King Brasserie. A delicious a la carte menu will be available, including sharable items like the Scone Basket with cinnamon & golden raisin, prosciutto & aged cheddar, citrus glaze; Louisiana Pecan Pain BriocheSmoked Gulf Fish DipRoasted Louisiana Oysters; and more. Main dishes available will include Brioche French Toast with Ponchatoula strawberry, sea salt & pistachio praline, and barrel aged maple syrup; Louisiana Crawfish Benedict with trinity potatoes, buttermilk biscuit, Prosciutto di Parma, and hollandaise; Braised Short Rib Grillades with goat cheese grits, roasted mushrooms and black truffle jus; Yellowfin Tuna with roasted beets, bitter greens, watermelon radish and yuzu vinaigrette; 10oz Grilled New York Strip Steak & Eggs with wild arugula, crispy red bliss potatoes and hollandaise; and more.

The dishes mentioned here just scratch the surface of what will be available to taste and experience at King’s Easter Jazz Brunch.
