NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute’s (NOCHI) December 2023 cohort of Culinary Arts students will host Kingston Soul, a pop-up café featuring a menu of Jamaican-inspired cuisine. Kingston Soul will be open for lunch beginning Tuesday, Nov. 7, at NOCHI’s downtown campus, 725 Howard Ave., New Orleans.
The Kingston Soul menu and dining experience has been designed and will be executed entirely by the December 2023 cohort as their capstone project and culmination of NOCHI’s 100-day culinary training and certification.
Guests will enjoy Jamaican-inspired cuisine, incorporating the flavors of the Caribbean with a distinctly New Orleans essence. Seatings are available from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the following dates:
