Connie Kittok is a Louisiana Contemporary Folk artist inspired by her Southern roots. “There is a spirit in New Orleans that you just can’t quite describe. That’s what I try to capture in my paintings, the music, the people, the food and the culture, which is the soul of New Orleans and its roots,” says Kittok. She was recently commissioned by NOLA.com / The Times-Picayune for its tricentennial 300 for 300 project. See her work displayed in the Cambria Hotel lobby through November.
