Larder Market + Eatery Opens For Sunday Brunch

METAIRIE, La (press release) – Chefs Alison Vega-Knoll and Chris Wilson of Larder Gourmet Market + Eatery have announced they will begin serving Sunday Brunch on August 1. From 10 am – 3 pm, the chefs will present their favorite breakfast items and offer weekly specials.

“We are excited to bring New Orleans’ favorite meal to our Larder customers,” said Vega-Knoll. “This was a much-anticipated addition to our weekly line-up, as brunch has so many flavorful options for the whole family.” The menu will feature more than a dozen entrees including everything from pistachio, lime, and ricotta pancakes and chocolate hazelnut croissant French toast to a roast pork and white cheddar grit bowl and chicken and biscuit with a fried egg. The brunch menu will be available for dine-in and take-out service. There is also a drive-thru for coffee, teas, and pastries.

To give it an authentic New Orleans flavor, the chefs will offer sangria, seasonal mimosas with house-made juices, and a Bloody Mary with Titos Vodka and a variety of toppings, including house-made bacon, pickled okra, green beans, and olives. As always, French Truck Coffee will be served.

A selection of items in our “Grab and Go” cases will be available.

Larder Gourmet Market + Eatery is open Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and now Sunday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 3005 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie, La. For more information and to see the full menu, please call (504) 766-6763 or visit lardergourmetmarket.com.
