Since 2008 La Thai executive chef and owner Diana Chauvin Galle has served up food that marries her family’s cultural background and her love of essential New Orleans flavors. Now, her award-winning modern flavor blend is available for any part of a New Orleans wedding.
The entire space recently received cosmetic upgrades, which not only gave the main dining space new life, but also the large private dining space known as the Trinity Room.
The private space is accommodates 12 to 150 guests. The white walls —both brick and exposed beamed ceiling, dark cabinets and railing, as well as the marble bar top — give the Trinity Room a modern feel and the options to transform the space with decorations and other embellishments to truly make it your own.
The Trinity party room is sound proof, has a projector and A/V capabilities and the restaurant has an in-house DJ available to hire and run lighting and projection – DJ fees are separate from the space and food. In addition to the in-house DJ, La Thai also has an in-house florist available to help in the planning and decoration. Different table options, both round and square, are on hand to ensure all of your guests are comfortable whether seated or standing for cocktail hour.
Event packages are based on a three-hour timeframe and can include a “pre-fix” menu or buffet style with included or cash bar. Spread the party out with the option to include the outdoor patio space (evening only) or rent out the entire restaurant.
