Tony Abadie is the chairman of the Louisiana Seafood Festival. Tony describes how and why the festival was founded and explains the festival's connection to the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation. Tony tells us that the festival is a non-profit organization that helps support many local charities and assists people in the Hospitality Industry. As Tony points out, Louisiana seafood is some of the best in the world and the Louisiana Seafood Festival celebrates this unparalleled bounty that locals and visitors alike enjoy. Tony also talks about the wonderful musicians who will appear at the 2012 festival, including Cyril Neville, George Porter, Jr., and Paul Varisco & The Milestones. The Louisiana Seafood Festival is free to the public and will be October 12-14 at Woldenberg Riverfront Park (1 Canal St.). Listen to Tony to learn more.
