Today, local jewelry brand Porter Lyons announced the release of its third collection, “Love.”
Ashley Porter, a California native with family ties to New Orleans, began Porter Lyons in November of 2012. The boutique specializes in locally-sourced and manufactured accessories and jewelry.
“Porter Lyons is pleased to announce the launch of "LOVE,” read a press release sent out by the company. “Our third fine jewelry collection is inspired by the unique bond we each share with a special person, whether it be friends, lovers or family.”
A party to celebrate the launch is set for Feb. 2 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at the company’s flagship store at 631 Toulouse St. The event includes live music, cocktails by St. Germain, tarot card readings and a burlesque performance by local burlesque artist Trixie Minx.
