New Year, Same You

As we ring in the new year, many of us are familiar with the cycle of making resolutions, especially when it comes to health...

Faith Becnel is a young, dynamic vocalist, entertainer, and artist born and raised in New Orleans. Faith has been performing on stage since she was 10 years old, recording her first CD, “I Believe”, when she was only 12 years old. At 13, she formed her own band, the “Music Krewe”, and continues to hone her skills as a vocalist and performer. She has performed on stage with many of the great Louisiana legends and bands throughout our state and surrounding states.

Faith auditioned for “American Idol” in 2019 and worked her way to the Top 20, which concluded in May 2020. After the show, Faith recorded “The Christmas Song” with Idol’s Season 18 winner Samantha Diaz, advancing her recording skills as an artist. Faith’s first single “Shhh” was released May 2020.

Faith is invited back to “American Idol” on April 19, 2021, for a comeback show to fight for one spot in Season 19’s Top 10. Faith’s ambition and drive combined with her powerhouse vocals and poise on stage are propelling her as she has become a premier entertainer and artist.
