Mardi Gras specials:
Newly appointed beverage director Ryan Anderson [a certified Level 2 Sommelier previously of NYC’s The Grill, which was awarded 3 stars from the New York Times], offers a limited-time Carnival Cocktail. This exclusive Josephine Estelle cocktail features brandy, rum, amaretto, cinnamon and a touch of butter extract for some extra volume. The cocktail is garnished with a rim of purple, green and yellow sugar sprinkles.
Josephine Estelle baker Breanne Kostyk brings back her popular King Cake Scones for the second year in a row. For the festival, Breanne creates King Cake Scones made with cream cheese, cinnamon and vanilla. Decorated with traditional Mardi Gras colored sprinkles, the scones are available at both the restaurant and the nearby Stumptown. Josephine Estelle will be open all day (starting at 7am) and is located right off the parade route, making it easy for parade goers to pop in for festive snacks and drinks any time of the day, including the limited-time King Cake Scones.
