Keith Twitchell is President of A Committee for a Better New Orleans (CBNO). CBNO is a multi-racial, multi-generational community organization that works to create equity and opportunity for all New Orleanians. In 2008, New Orleans’ citizens voted to put the force of law behind the Master Plan. The upcoming July date is the 2016 deadline to submit amendment recommendations for this vital plan that affects the city and its residents’ quality of life.
