The Fertility Institute recommends that you meet with a fertility specialist and discuss a fertility treatment plan if you are under 35 and have been unable to conceive after one year of trying, are 35 or older and have been unable to conceive after six months of trying, are over 40 and have been unable to conceive after three months of trying, have known reproductive disorders, have experienced recurrent miscarriages, have a low sperm count, have a known family history of infertility, or have a known genetic condition that you do not want to pass onto your future children.
