With an emphasis on the overall patient experience, the practice of Dr. Mark Stalder specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body.

We embrace the reality that every patient is unique, so it is essential to develop an individualized treatment plan and ensure that patient and physician are on the same page. We want each patient to feel comfortable and have all of their questions answered before we move forward.”

An expert in complex and comprehensive breast reconstruction techniques, Dr. Stalder specializes in recreating the breast using a patient’s own tissue, including the DIEP flap and a variety of alternative procedures that may not be offered elsewhere. He has spoken nationally and internationally on this subject and published numerous papers describing innovations he has helped develop. But most importantly, he cares deeply about providing top-tier care for his patients.

“Our breast cancer patients are some of our favorites to work with. We are with them through the entire process from the time of diagnosis until we are able to make them whole again. They become family,” he says.

Dr. Stalder also holds a particular interest in plastic surgery of the face, including full facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty, complex procedures that require careful attention to detail. He gained additional expertise in advanced approaches to facial anatomy during his craniofacial fellowship training in Miami.

Dr. Stalder is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He considers it a privilege to help his patients feel whole again.
