Modern Love, Part 5: Eiffel Society

For a few weeks, we have been highlighting multiple venues from around New Orleans. Each is a contemporary location that lends its aesthetic to couples looking for a less traditional approach to their Big Day.

Surprising to some, New Orleans is full of these hidden gems.

Last week, we highlighted the newly renovated Prytania Street restaurant and event space La Thai. In part one, we rode down Magazine Street to Il Mercato, stopped by Emeril’s Delmonico in part two, and last week we headed to the CBD for The Chicory.

This week, we are taking a jaunt down St. Charles Avenue to Eiffel Society.

Eiffel Society

Located on the edge of St. Charles Avenue, this multipurpose event space literally used to be part of the Eiffel Tower. The materials were taken from a restaurant inside the iconic landmark and brought to New Orleans in the 1980s. Today, it’s an edgy and lively space catering to couples looking for less of a traditional affair and more of a party. The floor to ceiling windows, open multi-level floor plan and art installations make Eiffel truly distinct.
