New Orleans City Park Egg Scramble is Back This Year

NEW ORLEANS (press release) –  New Orleans City Park’s Egg Scramble is back for the first time since 2019! This year, children are invited to the Park for two days of egg hunts and Easter fun on Saturday, April 9th and Sunday, April 10th.

Each year the Park hides more than 30,000 eggs around Storyland and the Amusement Park, including 100 golden eggs with special prizes inside, such as tickets for the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park or City Putt.

From 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Egg Scramble attendees will enjoy balloon artists, music from a DJ, and other entertainment. Participants are also invited to take photos with the Easter Bunny.

The event is recommended for children eight-years-old and younger. Storyland will be a specific area just for toddlers. Children will be provided with a bucket to hold their collected eggs.
