Nell Bolton is Executive Director of the Office of Disaster Response for the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana. Nell tells us that the mission of the Diocese is to bring our displaced neighbors home. In late 2005 and early 2006, the Office of Disaster Response began a home gutting program that gutted approximately 900 homes in New Orleans. In 2007, the Office began its rebuilding program, and in March 2009, celebrated the completion of its 50th home.
