Arthur Hardy has been following Mardi Gras all his life; he is one of the world’s preeminent authorities on New Orleans’ Mardi Gras. Arthur discusses the extra long 2011 Carnival season and tells us what it means to the city. He also talks about whether people are still concerned about coming to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
