Bill DiPaola is General Manager for the Crescent City Steakhouse. The Crescent City Steakhouse, located in Mid-City on Broad Street, has been a popular New Orleans culinary landmark for decades. DiPaola recounts how the restaurant re-opened following Hurricane Katrina, and describes the damage the restaurant sustained in the storm.
