Cliff Doescher is executive director of ARC, formally the Association for Retarded Citizens. ARC has served New Orleans since 1953, supporting people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Many locals know ARC as the place to bring Mardi Gras beads for recycling. However, ARC runs several other businesses.
