James Bernazzani, former head of the FBI in New Orleans, recently founded the Youth Rescue Initiative. The nonprofit’s goal is to be the preeminent provider of opportunities for the youth of New Orleans and afford them a future of empowerment and self-sufficiency. James is not a native New Orleanian, but his heart and soul are one with the spirit of the city.
