Jeff McCrory and his brother, Greg, are the sons of Phil McCrory, the late founder of New Orleans Coffee Company. Coolbrew coffee, the company’s popular cold drip coffee concentrate, is a real New Orleans success story. I first interviewed Phil McCrory in 2006. Now, five years later, I caught up with Jeff in the CoolBrew booth at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival where they have been offering Fest goers iced, frozen, and hot CoolBrew for 17 years. Jeff shared some insights into the CoolBrew preparations that go on behind the scenes at JazzFest.
