Julie LaCour is City Park’s director of special events and director of Celebration in the Oaks. Julie describes the park’s beautiful additions to Celebration in the Oaks this year. "Our two big additions are the Dripping Snow Oak and a synthetic ice rink, plus Mr. Bingle is back!" Julie says.
