Reggie Davis is founder and chef of Liberty’s Kitchen. The native New Orleanian, along with a group of like-minded caring people, created the nonprofit business to help New Orleans’ youth. Liberty’s Kitchen is much more than a restaurant: It offers a 12-week program that provides young people with the skills necessary to overcome the barriers to employment.
