Scott Galante is the co-chair of the social committee for the Krewe of Rolling Elvi Carnival Club. Many parade-goers have seen this hysterical group of rolling Elvi –– the plural for Elvis –– as they channel their inner Elvis. Established in 2003 to pay homage to the King himself, these local kings do more than roll. The Elvi also raise money for local charities such as the Tipitina’s Foundation and the Second Line for Children’s Hospital. You can catch Scott and the Rolling Elvi in the 2011 Muses Parade on Thursday, March 3. LISTEN NOW!
