New Orleans Voices Podcast: Audio Interview with Tommy Delaune, Owner of Redemption Restaurant

Tommy Delaune and his wife, Maria, are co-owners of Redemption Restaurant in Mid-City. Redemption is located in the old church that formally housed Christian’s Restaurant. Delaune is a true New Orleanian and his restaurant and food reflect his passion for the city. He calls his unique style of food "revival cuisine."
