NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Commons Club at Virgin Hotels New Orleans is expanding its live entertainment programming with weekly live music on Wednesdays and Fridays, offering guests a midweek unwind and a lively start to the weekend inside the hotel’s signature lounge.
WINE WEDNESDAY WITH LIVE MUSIC
Midweek evenings feature Leaux Fye Tribe, bringing neo-soul, R&B, and funk-influenced grooves to Commons Club every Wednesday from 6 – 8 p.m. Guests can settle in for a relaxed, lounge-forward evening built around great music, conversation, and cocktails.Â
Guests can also enjoy extended Happy Hour from 4 – 7 p.m., along with Wine Wednesday, featuring 25% off bottles of wine. Happy Hour offerings include:

On Fridays from 7–9 p.m., Commons Club hosts The Friday Set, spotlighting standout vocalists and musicians in an intimate lounge setting. Upcoming performances include Nell Simmons Bradley, who gained national recognition as a finalist on Team John Legend on NBC’s “The Voice.”
The Commons Club is also launching a new Spring menu, which can be the perfect addition to the evening. With a mix of small plates, larger plates, and sides, there is something for everyone. Highlights include:
