NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The holiday season is upon us and in New Orleans, that signals Reveillon. In celebration of this timeless tradition, The Bower — the culinary darling from Latter Hospitality Group (Tujague’s, Birdy’s, Claret Wine & Cocktail Bar) – will showcase the freshest ingredients from partner farm, Sugar Roots. Executive Chef Marcus Woodham has created a four-course vegetarian menu sure to tantalize even the carnivores in your life. Priced at $54 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) the Reveillon menu is available Dec. 1 – 30. Menu follows:
