NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The inaugural NOLA Soul & Art Festival is already making a big splash in a crowded New Orleans festival scene. The festival showcases the best in New Orleans Soul, Funk, Blues, Brass and Jazz on three stages while also bringing in world-class musicians from around the country. As the name suggests, the festival also shines a light on the numerous amazing artists in New Orleans’ immensely talented art scene, as well as bringing in acclaimed artists from around the country.
The inaugural lineup features top-flight local and national talent including: Jack Freeman (national headliner), Tomar & the FC’s (national headliner), Flow Tribe, Water Seed, Nayo Jones, Robin Barnes, CASME, KOB Brass Band & the Black Flame Hunters, Smoke N’ Bones and The Caesar Brothers’ Funk Box ft Big Chief Juan Pardo. Two stages will be live bands and the third stage will be a silent disco DJ stage with wireless headphones for 500+ featuring the top DJs in New Orleans: DJ Raj Smoove, DJ Captain Charles, DJ Brice Nice, DJ Kelly Green, DJ T-Roy, DJ Legatron Prime, DJ Doug Funnie, and DJ Yamin.
The NOLA Soul & Art Fest will have 60+ art vendors representing the wealth of artistic styles in our creative city and around the country.
A slew of top restaurants and will be serving up an eclectic array of delicious soulful dishes, desserts and drinks from around New Orleans, the most culinarily inclined city in America.
