NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Instill a love of art at a young age through a guided, hands-on gallery experience. With support from The Helis Foundation, teaching artists from Young Audiences Wolf Trap will provide a free six-part workshop series on Saturday mornings designed to instruct caregivers on how to use the arts at home to promote early learning. Workshop 3 begins Saturday, June 15, for children ages 0-3 from 10:30 to 11 am, followed by a workshop for 3-4-year-olds from 11 to 11:30 am. Summer Art Camps are now underway, and a few spaces remain in the weeks come. Check availability and enroll now in the remaining six weeklong sessions through August 2 (excluding the week of July 4). The fee is $300 per week for NOMA members | $400 per week for nonmembers. Choose from visual or performing art camps for age groups 5-7 and 8-10.
