NEW ORLEANS (press release) – NOPSI Hotel has unveiled all-new menus at its signature dining outlets: Public Service, Above the Grid rooftop and in-room dining.
Led by Chef Adam Korbel, the team shares the refreshed menus highlight bold Gulf Coast flavors, seasonal Southern ingredients and capture the spirit of New Orleans hospitality.
Public Service
At the hotel’s signature restaurant, guests can enjoy a reimagined menu that highlights regional ingredients and Southern soul with refined presentation. Highlights include:
- Crabmeat-Stuffed Flounder over dirty rice cakes with Creole spice
- Braised Beef Short Rib with roasted sweet potatoes, crispy pork belly, and red wine demi
- Oyster BLT with fried oysters, pork belly, and smoked tomato jam
- Louisiana Duck Gumbo and Crawfish Hush Puppies
Breakfast offerings have also been updated, featuring indulgent takes on morning favorites:
- Pontchartrain Omelet with crawfish, lump crab, and Gulf shrimp
- Bananas Foster French Toast, a nod to a Crescent City classic
- Avocado Toast with Creole tomato and pickled onion
Above the Grid
The rooftop pool and bar now features an updated casual menu ideal for daytime lounging or sunset drinks, including:
- Boudin Fritters with Creole mustard aioli
- Natchitoches Mini Meat Pies and Crawfish Hush Puppies
- Shrimp Remoulade flatbread with micro arugula
In-Room Dining
NOPSI’s in-room dining menu now includes favorites from both Public Service and Above the Grid, delivered directly to guest rooms with the same flavor-forward, elevated execution.

Executive Chef Adam Korbel leads the culinary vision at NOPSI Hotel. A New Orleans native with more than two decades of experience, Korbel brings Southern heritage and refined technique to NOPSI.
