NEW ORLEANS (press release) – On Tuesday, Oct. 21, NOPSI Hotel is hosting a six-course wine dinner with Duckhorn Vineyards from 7–9:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy Gulf Coast–inspired dishes paired with Duckhorn’s signature wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Goldeneye Pinot Noir, Napa Merlot and more.
A few menu highlights include:
- Gulf oysters stewed in a rich cream broth
- Smoked duck breast with blueberry demi
- Pan-seared pompano Pontchartrain with crab risotto
- Flourless chocolate cake with crème au glaze
