NEW ORLEANS – Everyone is invited to a Halloween celebration. The NOPSI Hotel team says to get ready for a hauntingly good time at THRILLER: Halloween Rooftop Party. Guests will dance the night away with a live DJ, sip spooky seasonal cocktails, and compete in a costume contest with prizes for the top three looks.
