NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission, in partnership with FOX Sports, will host a special Movies in the Park kickoff event ahead of Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. The free, family-friendly evening will feature a screening of “The Princess and the Frog” and a community celebration with food, giveaways and entertainment.
FOX Sports is enhancing the Movies in the Park experience by donating a new jumbotron monitor and playback system to NORD. Attendees will also receive free food from Morning Call, Soul Heaven Cafe and Fusion Eats by Shon food trucks (while supplies last) and giveaways from FOX Sports, including 500 branded blankets and 300 drawstring backpacks filled with frisbees, footballs and glowsticks.
