NEW ORLEANS (press release) – On Feb. 7, the Off The Field NFL Wives Association (OTF) – co-founded by Ashley Brown, Sherice Brown, and Romonda Jordan – will host its 24th Annual Charity Fashion Show at Canal Place. This year’s theme, “A Legacy of Strength and Resilience,” underscores a profound tribute to community resilience and empowerment, specifically honoring the mothers and wives of the victims of the recent terrorist attack in New Orleans. The theme will be vividly brought to life on the runway through a poignant “Legacy Walk,” accompanied by the spirited sounds of a “Second Line” band.
The runway event will showcase 50 spouses and significant others of active and retired professional football players, celebrating the spirit of the families impacted by the tragedy. “Empowering others goes beyond mere words,” said Tenisha Patterson Brown, president of the association. “It’s about setting a foundation of support and opportunity that uplifts the entire community.”
The afternoon will feature participants such as Sherice Brown, wife of Hall of Famer Tim Brown; Leticia Gardner, a social media influencer with over a million followers and wife to Rod Gardner; and Heather Harper, whose husband, Roman Harper, is an ESPN analyst. These influential figures, along with many other NFL players and their families, will demonstrate the tight-knit support and dedication of the community in uplifting each other.
“As we gather on Feb. 7, we’ll step onto a pink carpet, not just changing the color, but deepening our message of sisterhood,” said Sherice Brown, co-founder of the association. “Pink isn’t merely pretty—it’s a powerful symbol of the strength and support we share. This afternoon is dedicated to celebrating that bond, showcasing the unity and advocacy that drive us as we stand together for our communities.”
Founded by NFL wives committed to philanthropy and community service, the Off The Field NFL Wives Association continues to empower women and support communities through its impactful events. This year’s fashion show transcends traditional aesthetics to embody the organization’s core values of sisterhood and service.
They invite you to join them in celebrating the courage of those affected by recent events and to honor their journey through a day of fashion, music and community spirit.
