NEW ORLEANS – The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is hosting its annual O What a Night! Gala Oct. 18. This weekend, the gala’s silent auction will go live. Online bidding will take place from Oct. 11-19 and a ticket to the gala is not required to bid on the items.
The museum says they will present 80+ works by regional artists in this year’s O What a Night! Gala Silent Auction, celebrating and supporting the art of the American South. Proceeds from the auction benefit the museum’s educational mission, with participating artists receiving a portion of each sale.
The gala will be held at the museum on Oct. 18, and feature a live auction, seated dinner and music and dancing. The gala chairs share any contribution to the O What a Night! Gala 2025 will provide critical funds for the museum’s award-winning educational programs and dynamic exhibitions of art of the American South.
