NEW ORLEANS – The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is offering artists of all levels an opportunity to create amongst the masterworks. On Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 6-8 p.m. those interested can join Museum Educator Myron Solomon Jr for Evenings at the Easel.
The museum shares that this program invites all experience levels to observe masterworks up close while exploring a range of drawing techniques. During the evening, artists will receive guidance directly from the museum educator as they sketch from the collection – gaining fresh perspectives on form, light and composition.
This opportunity is $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Those interested in registering or finding out more about Myron Solomon, click here.
