NEW ORLEANS – The Ogden Museum of Southern Art will host an April Evening at the Easel.
The night is meant for artists of all abilities to head to the museum and practice figure drawing under the guide of Museum Educator Myron Solomon Jr. Each session – which takes place in the rotunda of the Patrick F. Taylor Library – presents an opportunity to sketch from a live, nude model while honing observational drawing skills.
While materials are provided, artists are encouraged to bring any preferred sketching tools for the evening.
