“Old Broussard’s, New Beat.”

Trumpeter James Andrews and Marc Preuss, co-proprietor of Broussard’s Restaurant are teaming up to host “Tequila, Trumpets and Dinner.”

The evening begins at 7pm in the courtyard, featuring Tequila classics like The Margarita, The Tequila Sunrise and The Paloma. The dinner seating is at 7:30pm, at which point guests will enjoy a Tequila-infused, 3 course menu, paired with Sonoma Cutrer wines. Expert, Pedro Berrueco, has graciously offered to help better acquaint guests with the theme of the evening, by briefly describing the life and times of Tequila distilling.

The highlight of the event begins when guests retire to the courtyard to settle into the jazzy jams and soulful songs of James Andrews and the Crescent City All Stars, accompanied by a few special guests, while sipping aged Tequila by Herradura Reposado & El Jimador Anejo.

The relaxed evening celebrates the key ingredients of New Orleans flavor: Good food, good music, good drinks and good times. This is a summer-soirée that is not to be missed.  With young blood, fresh ideas and a laid back attitude, this French Quarter gem invites you back to experience “Old Broussard’s, New Beat.”
